STATEMENT

The JKBC is dedicated to promoting and enhancing two-way trade and investment, and economic cooperation and understanding, between the business communities of Japan and Kurdistan Region in Iraq, and to improve the political relations between Japan and Kurdistan Region in Iraq. The Council interacts with governments, non-governmental and intergovernmental organizations, as well as with the private sectors, in both Japan and Kurdistan Region.

WELCOME TO JKBC

The Japan Kurdistan Business Council is representing the interests businesses in Japan and Kurdistan Region in Iraq that prompt business, economic and political exchange between Japan and Kurdistan Region.

Based in Yokohama-Japan and in Kurdistan Region of Iraq , the Council promotes Japanese and Kurdish commercial ties through regular interactions with Japanese and Kurdish business and government leaders, and through the analysis and advocacy of key policy issues impacting businesses and the future of Japanese-Kurdish relations. The Council’s membership includes large, well-known companies, as well as smaller private companies interested in fostering a stronger commercial relationship between the Japan and Kurdistan Region in Iraq, for more information about becoming a member, see Membership.
